GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Object and scope of application
These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) govern the contractual relations between the office of mountain sports professionals-Cilaosaventure and anyone (hereinafter "the Participant") wishing to participate in a canyoning activity supervised by a graduate professional.
2. Conditions of participation

3. Responsibility
- The graduate guide is responsible for collective security and can adapt, cancel or interrupt the exit for security reasons.

The participant must respect the safety instructions given by the guide, under penalty of exclusion without reimbursement.

4. Insurance
Each guide is a state graduate and holder of a valid professional card.
Guides have professional liability insurance (RC Pro).
The office checked the declaration of activity of the guides.
Civil liability in the event of an accident or incident is the responsibility of guide , and not the office . Participants are recommended to take out a personal insurance adapted to nature sports.
5. Cancellation conditions
- Cancellation by the participant :
- More than 7 days before the release: Full refund .
- From 7 to 2 days before: held 50%.
- Less than 48 hours before or not-presentation: No refund .
- Cancellation by the guide (weather, flood, unavailability): Development or full refund .
6. Reservation rates and methods
price indicated in euros, all taxes included.

7. Disputes - Applicable law
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these GTCs will be subject, in the absence of an amicable agreement, to the competent courts from the place of activity, in accordance with French law.
8. Personal data
The information collected is used only within the framework of the organization of activities and is not transmitted to third parties except legal obligation. In accordance with GDPR , each participant has a access right , rectification or deletion data concerning it on request.
