GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Object and scope of application

These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) govern the contractual relations between the office of mountain sports professionals-Cilaosaventure and anyone (hereinafter "the Participant") wishing to participate in a canyoning activity supervised by a graduate professional.

2. Conditions of participation

• be in good physical condition , without medical contraindication to the practice of outdoor sports.
• know how to swim at least 25 meters and be able to immerse yourself.
• inform the guide before any specific medical condition (asthma, heart problems, recent injuries, pregnancy, etc.).
Accept weather conditions that can affect practice.
• The reserves undertakes to inform all participants of the conditions of participation, the technical and physical difficulties specific to the activity, as well as these CGV.
• The guide reserves the right to refuse a participant at the meeting point if he does not present the physical or mental skills necessary for safety.
• Any participant in the influence of alcohol , drugs or drugs altering vigilance will be refused access to activity, without possible reimbursement.

3. Responsibility

• The graduate guide is responsible for collective security and can adapt, cancel or interrupt the exit for security reasons.
• The guide assesses the aptitude participants in the field and can refuse participation in the event of incapacity.

4. Insurance

Each guide is a state graduate and holder of a valid professional card. Guides have professional liability insurance (RC Pro). The office checked the declaration of activity of the guides.

Civil liability in the event of an accident or incident is the responsibility of guide , and not the office . Participants are recommended to take out a personal insurance adapted to nature sports.

5. Cancellation conditions

• Cancellation by the participant :
  • More than 7 days before the release: Full refund .
  • From 7 to 2 days before: held 50%.
  • Less than 48 hours before or not-presentation: No refund .
• Cancellation by the guide (weather, flood, unavailability): Development or full refund .

6. Reservation rates and methods

price indicated in euros, all taxes included. Effective reservation after payment of a deposit or the entire amount.

7. Disputes - Applicable law

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these GTCs will be subject, in the absence of an amicable agreement, to the competent courts from the place of activity, in accordance with French law.

8. Personal data

The information collected is used only within the framework of the organization of activities and is not transmitted to third parties except legal obligation. In accordance with GDPR , each participant has a access right , rectification or deletion data concerning it on request.
